John started working for his father Willis J. Milner III when he was only twelve years old. He began in the warehouse sweeping floors and quickly advanced into many other roles as he illustrated his values, beliefs, and work ethic. The experience he gained by working in all aspects of the business prepared him for his leadership role as principal.
