Willis joined the family business in 1973. Four years later at the age of 22, he was thrust into the leadership role when his father, Willis J. Milner III passed away. Since then, he has proven to be a natural leader driven by old-fashioned values and an astute business sense. Willis credits the success of UES to our long-standing relationships, some of which span over 7 decades, and our intensely driven people who have seemingly endless enthusiasm for their work. Willis’ career has been marked by many noteworthy victories. He is honored to lead our hard-working, inspirational group of people who have shown themselves to be innovative, resilient, and highly professional. His projections for our UES future are tremendously optimistic.
